PACK4FOOD is a consortium composed by
know how centres, network organizations and companies with the support of IWT
entitled: "Innovation via a global approach of packaging material, filling
system and food product"
The objective of the project is to give an adequate multidisciplinary support to the packaging and the food industry concerning the packaging of food products. The interaction between packaging materials, food products and filling systems is very important to achieve requested shelf lives. The support is developed as well as by giving advice on actual problems, as by stimulation through the spreading of know how about new technologies (newsletters, seminars, website, training). This results in both problem-solving ànd innovative solutions for the packaging industry and food industry..
